Here is the first simple attempt to creating my form. Just used simple squares for a start to see how it will be formed. (shape) I found out that I need to use string or thread to keep them spaced and evenly apart. Also the top part of my model when it splits needs to be secured somehow. I was think placing the form into a box so it pops out and then you could grab it and play with it etc.
